Autism and the Post Primary Programme (for Professionals/ parents)
Are you a professional working with young people with Autism or the parent of an autistic individual? Over the coming weeks St Patrick's College Maghera will host the 4-week course, 'Autism and the Post Primary Programme (for Professionals/ parents)' facilitated by Middletown Center for Autism. If you are interested, the first step is to go to the website middletownautism.com and register as a member. You will then be able to book onto the courses with the option to select a specific course/s or all 4 weeks. The schedule is as follows;
Monday 26th September 16:00- 18:00 for professionals and 19:00-21:00 for parents- Autism and Communication
Monday 3rd October 16:00-18:00 for professionals and 19:00-21:00 for parents- Autism and Anxiety Management
Monday 10th October- 16:00- 18:00 for professionals and 19:00-21:00 for parents- Autism and Sensory processing
Monday 17th October- 16:00- 18:00 for professionals and 19:00-21:00 for parents- Autism and life skills including Relationship and Sexuality Education.
